Fantastic responses to the 2 Facebook questions this month! But please note that Raythe will not be writing any A/B/O stories in the foreseeable future. Sorry if that was misleading - but we are completely booked up with new serials.
'How do you feel about A/B/O dynamics in shifter romances?'
'What are your favorite paranormal / urban fantasy romance tropes besides shifters and vampires?'
HANSEL & GRETEL will be done as a serial!
Members made this one happen... not only had Raythe never considered this dark fairy tale before, but it could never happen if it wasn't for the site (it's unpublishable on Amazon.) She's going to do it. It's going to be dark. And they will be brothers. When will it happen? Not sure yet - but there will probably be space before the end of the year.

OMFG the Cinders and Ashes cover looks FREAKING GLORIOUS. Cinderella is such a damsel fairytale I cannot wait to see how interesting it turns out under Raythe's glorious attentions.
So looking forward to Hansel and Gretel as a story. I know Raythe has a thing for One true romances, but I'd like to see some at least semi serious contenders that might try to persuade the two brothers either both towards the same (possibly the witch allegory) or to two separate interests, like childhood friends. HKT: Ghost had this very real 'I WANT to go here, but this is pretty awesome too...' vibe that is very real. Loads of people have had that relationship where they eventually chalk it up to 'a youthful experience' or 'a mistake' or 'a rebellion' that NEEDED to happen to a certain extent in order for them to understand why their eventual OTR is right for them. True love at first sight is a beautiful trope, but the only way that I organically bought it in the Fell was because Ethan and Alric didn't KNOW they were directly related.
Valkyrie also had a similar believability break at first which was explained away with the Thorki angle, and I adored that, but seeing the ability to have other choices and still choosing one another ... I would find it so hot.
...
PS: not to be rude or demanding but... Are we ever going to see the Werewolves story that was polled for on the old site, or has that been back burnered?
I just finished the last chapters of Cinders & Ashes Book 1 and I'm very proud! It's a complex story that I'm loving the world building on. But people are going to kill be (as usual) about the ending as it is a real cliffhanger, but its already over 52k and I've run out of time even if I THOUGHT it should end later (I don't, this is the perfect spot).
I think the idea of making them have choices is a great one. But I worry about how far those choices can be shown. GHKT got me such HELL from some Members, despite me making it clear it was at least a love triangle, they wanted Kei and no one else. I got that. He was far more perfect, but I had a story I had to tell. So I've got to think about how I can do this without the backlash just so I can really sustain the OTC.
The werewolf story is being turned into a manga that T. Wolv is going to start after DE11 is done. T. Wolv hurt her hand so she's moving slowly with this volume that's the size of TWO volumes.
Hi! Any news as to whether the Merman 2 is going to be published on Amazon/Kindle? And any word on a potential sequel to the Bodyguard series?
As to Merman 2 - it is not going to be published on Amazon. It's a site exclusive, just like Tidebound. No plans for a Bodyguard series sequel.
H&G brothers: how about identical twins?
Aside from some of Stephanus' clients, I don't recall any identical twins as lead characters in the stories.
That would be hot!
Twins does sound good, but perhaps not exactly identical, maybe they could have different hair or eye colors or something? Even fraternal twins or brothers that are only a year or two apart would be a nice change of pace though, and it would align with the original story as Hansel and Gretel are usually shown to be close in age. A more fantasy type setting would be cool too.
I’m sooo looking forward to Cinders and ashes! I did want to ask, I think it was mentioned a while ago, but is there a continuation or spin off of Drakon planned for the future?
If you're subscribed, make sure to download it now! It's going away. There is nothing planned for Drakon.
You know I have to agree with @toughlove. I think the H&G dynamic would be cool to see as twins. Alric and Nyssandra are the only twin siblings that hold a place of prominence and obviously they aren't a "thing".
I must admit that I am intrigued by Cinders and Ashes. I used to portray a very Charming prince at the Most Magical Place on Earth in Orlando, Florida. It is very close to my heart and am looking forward to see where this goes.
I am in the middle of reading Cinders and Ashes (and loving it)... I have posted the first picture of the Christian and Balthazar cross stitch that I am currently working on on the Facebook page... hope you like it
